Expenditure from Other Public Funds

For expenditure from Public Funds other than the Consolidated Revenue Fund and Development Fund, the required authority is the appropriate warrant signed by the Minister of Finance and addressed to the Accountant-General, who is empowered to make disbursements from the various Public Funds as prescribed by law and the special rules relating to each fund.
