Development Fund Supplementary General Warrant

A Development Fund Supplementary General Warrant authorises the Accountant-General to issue funds and officers controlling votes to incur expenditure on projects sanctioned by National Assembly resolutions approving Supplementary Capital Estimates. The Minister of Finance may exclude items for special control. The original is addressed to the Accountant-General, a signed copy is forwarded to the Auditor-General and notification is published in the Federal Official Gazette.
