Development Fund General Warrant

The Development Fund General Warrant authorises the Accountant-General to issue funds for capital projects in the Annual Estimates and officers controlling expenditure votes to incur expenditure on those projects after the Capital Expenditure Estimates have been approved by resolution of the National Assembly. The Minister of Finance may exclude items for special control. The original is addressed to the Accountant-General, a signed copy goes to the Auditor-General, and notification is gazetted.
