Provisional Development Fund General Warrant

Where Capital Estimates have not come into operation at the commencement of the financial year, the President may authorise withdrawal from the Development Fund through a Provisional Development Fund General Warrant to carry on government services for not more than six months and at a level not exceeding that prevailing in the previous financial year. The original is addressed to the Accountant-General, a signed copy goes to the Auditor-General, and notification is published in the Federal Official Gazette.
