Publications, Public Speeches and Media Interviews

Except in official duties or with express permission, an officer may not undertake the specified publication, political/administrative writing, public speech, broadcast or interview activities concerning Government, policy, defence or administrative matters. The Rule provides limited exceptions and an approval procedure.
