Meaning and Acts of Serious Misconduct

Serious misconduct is conduct of a serious nature inimical to the image of the Service and which, if investigated and proved, may lead to dismissal. Rule 040502 provides the source's list of serious-misconduct acts, including bribery and other specified conduct.
