Disciplinary Recommendations from Tribunals or Panels

A disciplinary recommendation from a Tribunal, Personnel Management Board or Administrative Panel must not simply be enforced by the Commission without giving the affected officer an opportunity to answer the allegations. Failure or refusal to reply allows the Commission to proceed.
