Administrative Review and Procurement Complaints

A bidder may seek administrative review of procurement decisions. The complaint procedure provides for initial consideration by the Accounting Officer, escalation to the Agency within ten working days where dissatisfied, Agency action including possible suspension, and an Agency decision within twenty-one working days; further appeal lies as prescribed.
