Emergency Procurement

With the required approval, emergency procurement may be used where the State is seriously threatened by disaster, catastrophe, war, insurrection, act of God or comparable urgent conditions, or where goods/equipment/buildings are seriously damaged. Emergency procurement may involve direct contracting but remains subject to accountability.
