Procurement Planning

Before procurement, a procuring entity must undertake needs assessment and evaluation, identify goods/works/services, market and cost implications, choose an appropriate method, aggregate requirements where possible, integrate expenditure into the yearly budget, determine timelines and prepare an implementation plan.
