Inspection of Accident-Damaged Vehicles and Property

The Director, Administration and Supplies is to request the Accounting Officer of the Federal Ministry of Works to send a Mechanical Engineer to inspect damage to the government vehicle or property. Non-government property should not be inspected except in the stated circumstances because an unsolicited inspection might be regarded as an admission of liability. The inspecting representative should be a person whose evidence can be relied upon in court in the event of a dispute.
