Station Diary and Vehicle Movement Monitoring

Transport units should use a Station Diary to illustrate the deployment of all government vehicles at a particular point in time and support effective monitoring of vehicle movement. The Transport Officer is to ensure that drivers endorse their log books before, during and after assignments.
