Assignment of Government Vehicles to Drivers

As much as possible, a particular vehicle should be attached to a particular driver over a period to facilitate accountability for the vehicle's movement and general condition. Unrestricted access by any driver to any pool vehicle should be avoided because it is inimical to good care and proper maintenance.
