Control and Records for Government Vehicles

The Accounting Officer is responsible for ensuring effective controls over the use of government vehicles. Required records include the Vehicles' Control Register, Requisition/Approval for Journey, Vehicle Log-Book (Gen. 59) and Vehicle Maintenance Register.
