Restriction and Approval of Cash/Cheque Operations

The closing provisions state that violations attract sanctions under the Financial Regulations; that the use of cheques and cash for payment is prohibited except as stated in the supplied provision; and that irrespective of the cash and cheque provisions, no cash or cheque operation should be conducted unless approval is granted by the Honourable Minister of Finance on the recommendation of the Accountant-General.
