Appearance, Evidence and Compliance Before the Commission

The Commission or similar body may require a Public Servant to attend, give evidence and produce official documents concerning matters within its powers. Executive Council documents require permission of the Secretary to the State Government. An officer submitting a matter must make all relevant documents available. Failure without reasonable excuse to appear or comply with a lawful and proper request constitutes a breach of discipline.
